We are looking for an experienced and innovative leader to fill the position of Lead AI Key Accounts Manager within our AI Center of Excellence group based in Houston, TX.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise between certain business units and the AI Center of Excellence to create and maintain relationships and communication on all matters to do with AI.
- Lead and coach a team of Key Account Managers with a highly engaging leadership style that positively influences their performance, productivity, and development.
- Collect and structure information to surface new AI projects arising from the business units and communicate work done elsewhere to the business units for their use.
- Organize workshops to define problems in detail, create business cases with value assessment, and draw up project statements of work.
- Assess suitability of vendors for project work.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, STEM, business or related discipline is required
- Master's degree in computer science, STEM, business or related discipline is preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management or technical sales and project management.
- Knowledge of AI, ML, and data science concepts required
- Experience and knowledge in the energy industry and/or service companies required
- Strong organizational and communication skills including the facilitation of workshops with internal customers.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, demands, and issues across various teams and business units.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Certified in Amazon Web services (AWS) cloud provider is highly preferred.
- Certified in agile scrum project management is preferred.
