Associate Project Managers - Architecture (2) in Houston, TX. The Associate Project Manager will assist in architectural project planning, scheduling, and execution, manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants, and support the development of design documentation and construction drawings. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards, conducting site visits to monitor construction phases, overseeing production of construction documents alongside the Project Manager, and coordinating with permitting authorities. The role also involves mentoring and developing junior project associates, monitoring project scope, schedule, and fees, and utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS MAX + Vray, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Bluebeam for project documentation. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture (or foreign equivalent) and a minimum of 48 months (4 years) of experience as an Architect or Architectural Project Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Newforma, Deltek Ajera, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, and BambooHR is required. Must be fluent in English.
