Description
We are in search of an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role involves providing technical support and solutions for our range of applications. You will be working with a variety of technologies including Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, and Microsoft. This role is a permanent position, and our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of AB Testing, Active Directory, Application Support, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Cloud ERP. Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for our applications, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
• Utilize Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, and Microsoft in daily tasks.
• Conduct AB Testing for applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage Active Directory services and provide Application Support.
• Resolve issues related to Computer Hardware and Configuration Management.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of Cloud ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any IT application issues.
• Maintain the integrity of the applications through regular maintenance and testing.
• Document all processes and actions taken in database systems.
Requirements • Role requires proficiency in Cisco Technologies
• Candidate must possess knowledge and experience with Database management
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is essential
• Experience with EO/IR systems is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and applications is necessary
• Familiarity with AB Testing methods and techniques is required
• Knowledge and experience in Active Directory management is essential
• Prior experience in Application Support is required
• Understanding of Computer Hardware is necessary
• Experience with Configuration Management is a must
