Our client is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to support crucial Supply Chain initiatives and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers in a collaborative work environment. Position Overview: As an Administrative Assistant for our client, you will play a pivotal role in executing enterprise supplier reporting and supporting chargeback processes for Supplier Performance Policies. You will be responsible for maintaining systems related to Supply Chain initiatives, ensuring all tasks are completed within designated timelines. Building and nurturing successful relationships with suppliers and internal teams will be key, along with updating internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manuals to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities: Supplier Reporting: Execute enterprise supplier reporting to ensure accurate and timely data management. Chargeback Processes: Support Analysts with chargeback processes for Supplier Performance Policies, maintaining meticulous records. System Maintenance: Execute tasks related to systems maintenance for Supply Chain initiatives, following established protocols. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate collaboration. Documentation Management: Update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manuals to ensure compliance with company policies. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
