Responsibilities/Duties
Review documentation and accounts for accuracy Process payments to vendors and brokers Ensure that all transactions are booked in the operating system daily. Audit file for accurate entry into the System. Provide support to the collateral specialist and customer experience team as needed. Assists in the development of new business. Is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Directs customers to appropriate person to establish business relationships. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Knowledge - Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred.
Ability to use technologies to access account information and process transactions. Self-Starter who is solution and detail orientated. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management. Ability to multi-task and complete job within allotted times
