Robert Half Product Owner in Horsham, Pennsylvania

Description We are in search of a Product Manager to join our team based in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and development team members to manage the complete product lifecycle, from feature planning through implementation and launch. This role is critical to the execution of the product roadmap and the product support needs of the development team within the IT Consulting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and designers to refine high-level plans into detailed requirements for development projects

• Create detailed tickets, user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria

• Manage project plans and SDLC to meet product release goals in a Kanban development environment

• Provide internal support for the team’s areas of ownership

• Prioritize backlog to create a steady stream of work for the development team

• Validate product updates to ensure all requirements are met

• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings

• Coordinate feature release communications and technical documentation

• Maintain regular communication with key team members and manage team communication channels

• Adapt to perform other duties as needed

• Demonstrable experience in AB Testing methodologies

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficiency in design and engineering concepts

• Prior experience in the healthcare system or related industry

• Ability to translate business requirements into product features

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven experience in product lifecycle management

• Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the IT consulting industry

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
