Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Mid Level Product Designer with our client in the Healthcare- Tech industry. As a Product Designer, you will be expected to conduct UX research, design end-to-end workflows, and create intuitive user experiences. Candidates must have experience designing for EHR SaaS products.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows for high-quality implementation.
• Conduct UX research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for SaaS/web or mobile applications.
• Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud in the design process.
• Develop and maintain brand awareness through design.
• Ensure customer service by resolving user experience issues.
• Use HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript to build interactive designs.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create vector graphics for designs.
• Conduct User Experience Research (UX Research) to inform design decisions.
Requirements
•3+ years of professional experience designing SaaS/web or mobile applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CAD Software, and EO/IR systems
• Hands-on experience with designing software such as Figma and InVision
• Understanding of AB Testing methodologies and their application in product design
• Capability to contribute to brand awareness strategies
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to incorporate feedback into design improvements
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and comprehensive design skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
