We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our newest agency in Hawaii. Become part of a notable company and help us achieve our goals!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Under the management of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Provide support to Neogen Care by sourcing, identifying, screening, calling, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for vacant clinical and staff job positions.

  • Review large numbers of resumes or curriculum vitae.

  • Be able to utilize job boards such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc. to source, sort and produce qualified candidates for consideration.

  • Be adept at utilizing computer-based systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Email, and basic MSOffice functions.

  • Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and referral recruiting to get the right candidates.

  • Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on professional and personal credentials.

  • Conduct screening interviews via telephone or web-based meetings to ensure candidates are qualified and interested before presenting to hiring managers for interview.

  • Schedule face-to-face and virtual interviews with higher management.

  • Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with higher management.

  • Submit regular reports to the CHRO on the status candidate pipelines.

  • Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.

  • Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.

  • Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc.

  • Be aware of the healthcare job market trends.

  • Posting jobs to an Applicant Tracking System and job boards. 

  • Maintain accurate candidate information in our ATS: JazzHR.

  • Participate in Recruiting meetings to receive updating hiring needs

  • Other duties as assigned by the CRHO or supervisor..

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have at least two (2) years' experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator, within the Healthcare industry.

  • Home Health and Hospice recruiting experience a plus.

  • Proven experience and success in recruiting professional clinicians (RN, LVN, OT, PT, MSW, SLP).

  • Knowledge and practical experience with mining databases (Indeed, LinkedIn etc.).

  • Hands-on experience of using cloud-based Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

  • Comfortable communicating with candidates using a variety of media: text, email, phone, social media, Zoom etc.

  • Minimum Education:  Associate's Degree.
