KOA Pancake House Restaurant Management Trainee in Honolulu, Hawaii

Are you passionate about the restaurant industry and looking to kick-start your career in restaurant management? We are currently seeking a Restaurant Management Trainee to join our team and learn the ins and outs of running a successful restaurant operation.

Responsibilities: - Operate the restaurant efficiently and effectively - Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service - Manage inventory, order supplies, and handle catering orders - Provide top-notch customer service and address any customer complaints - Assist with scheduling, payroll, and ensuring compliance with health inspection standards - Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in restaurant management

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Must be available to work weekends and holidays - Must be able to work shift hours: 6:00AM-2:00PM

Education: - Some college education required; college degree preferred
