We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the team as a General Office Clerk.
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting general office duties such as filing, answering/forwarding phone calls, handling mail, and preparing documentation.
Assisting various departments with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and coordinating with clients.
Managing office supplies and ordering replacements as necessary.
Providing support to staff with data entry, documentation, and general clerical tasks.
Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in administration or a business-related field preferred.
Previous administrative or clerical experience required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
