Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) for our weekly pay and flexible hours positions. This full-time role in the healthcare/medical industry will require the individual to provide high-quality care and support to our senior clients in the Honolulu, Hawaii area. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with our senior clients to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met while promoting their independence and well-being. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. Other benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development within our franchise.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance to senior clients, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Help with activities of daily living, such as meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. - Monitor the client's health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals. - Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and other outings as needed. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care and progress. - Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients by following infection control protocols and safety procedures. - Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
