KOA Pancake House Cashier/Customer Service in Honolulu, Hawaii
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier/Customer Service team member to join our restaurant in providing excellent service to our customers. We have (7) restaurant locations on Oahu: Hawaii Kai, Kaimuki, Moanalua, Wahiawa, Waipahu, Kapolei, Ka Makana Ali'i. Responsibilities: - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately - Take customer orders and ensure they are prepared promptly - Serve food and beverages to customers at their tables - Clean and sanitize tables and dining areas - Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness in the work area
Requirements: - Previous experience working in a restaurant setting is preferred - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment - Strong communication skills - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions -Strong attention to detail -Team player with good communication skills -Must be able to work at least one weekend shift per week -Must be available to work on Holidays -Must be able to work as early as 6:00AM to 2:00PM
