Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing, Tommy Hilfiger Asia Pacific

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Support the end to end process of content fulfilment in APAC, from content concept development to content management, crew selection and timely asset delivery, working closely with global, regional and local counterparts to harmonize needs and nuances by channel and platform (Social, CRM,VM, Ecom, communications, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the global team to develop strong product storytelling assets in conjunction with Merchandising and Brand Management teams to achieve category leadership and brand/product affinity.

  • Coordinate product samples for content shoots.

  • Support to develop engaging innovative content, suitable for driving viral engagement in the online and social channels.

  • Manage and allocate production budget/resources and optimize effectiveness of assets from each shoot

  • Drive operational efficiencies in the creative process to improve speed to market; collaborate with GTM counterparts to continuously evolve workflow processes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency

  • Identify asset fulfilment solutions to support all channels, including but not limited to channels like Ecom, newsletter and social

  • Support in approval process of creative assets and ensure compliance of quality standards, including those generated by local markets. Act as the regional creative brand filter for all consumer-facing materials.

  • Manages all production relationships with outside vendors to ensure consistency with brand guidelines

  • Support in digital marketing communications ensuring assets have been delivered to key functions

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in creative and production, product marketing, managerial experience preferred

  • Knowledge of the various marketing operations and consumer experiences

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data

  • Experience working with global and international offices/partners a plus

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a bonus
