What the day will look like
Prepare and send out policy endorsements and debit notes
Process policy renewals and claims
Provide general customer service, including answering phone calls
Carry out general clerical administrative work and document image filing
Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisors

Skills and experience that will lead to success
At least 1 year of clerical working experience; knowledge in Insurance (policy admin, underwriting etc.) preferred
Passed in IIQE papers is an advantage
Well-organized with good administration skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good command of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Typing
Fresh graduates with passion and willingness to learn are welcomed
