Abbott Senior Sales Representative in Hong Kong, China

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop well thought out business plans and account profiles and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for PCIO product lines.

  • Monitor sales performance, competitor moves and market trend on a regular basis with on time report for management review.

  • Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty and increase market share. Identifying Key Opinion Leaders and building strong business relationships with these customers

  • Work closely with sales team to deliver credible presentation / education to HCP, business partner and customer whenever necessary.

  • Conduct product in-services, including physical demonstrations using non-sterile product and evaluations for successful conversion.

  • Provide scientific and nutritional information and work closely with marketing team to develop ethical marketing program.

  • Work together with Marketing Manager to analyze customer and market data, develop marketing strategies to meet business objectives

Requirements: Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience gained in medical device companies will be an advantage.

  • Sound understanding or qualifications in sales and marketing related principles, strong numerical skills.

  • Can work independently, strong Influencing and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent spoken and written of English and local language.

  • Strong computer and system skills
