Maritime Helicopters Aviation Maintenance Admin - Homer, AK in Homer, Alaska
The Aviation Maintenance Admin will provide support to the Accounting Manager and Inventory/Records Administrator/Contracts Administrator with travel booking.
Essential Functions
- Maintain organized purchase records
- Receive and stock ordered parts
- Prepare shipments
- Update inventory management software
- Conduct periodic audits of inventory
- Accurately enter maintenance records in aviation maintenance management software
- Assist maintenance team with clerical tasks
- Book travel for employees and others upon request
- Answer phones
- Assist with general accounting functions as needed for back-up support
- Provide customer service requests as needed
- Assist in any general office duties as needed
