Randstad Professionals is currently seeking a Procurement Manager for a Beverage Distributor company. Please note that this role is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity located in Miramar, FL. This role requires you to have Human Resources Category Management/Purchasing experience. Any sourcing of goods/services within the HR space is a must have. Pay: $50-$55 per hour | Perm Salary: $110k + 10% bonus

Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the sourcing activities for the Professional Services Categories with an emphasis on HR and IT Services.
Analyze data and work with internal business partners to identify opportunities, gather functional and technical requirements, develop strategies and business cases that support go-to-market strategies (RFx's),
Negotiate agreements in the assigned indirect categories which include (BOMs, SOW, Ordering Document, EULA, MSA).
Practical adoption and use of the Category Management cross-functional process to deliver Procurement strategies for each category and sub-category.
Negotiation and establishment of pricing and terms of sale for assigned spend area.
Adoption, and use of Ariba Procure-to-Pay Solution -Insure compliance within assigned reporting area with all Business Standards, internal policies and legal requirements
Requirements:
BS Degree required
3-5 years of procurement/sourcing and diversity experience
Category Sourcing experience in Human Resources and Technology required.
Sourcing life cycle experience -Manage large dollar vendor negotiations.
Project management skills
Interact with all levels of management, including senior and executive management from various businesses and suppliers.
Procure-to-Pay systems; Ariba preferred
