Job Title: Nursing Assistant
Duties: - Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff - Assisting with mobility and transferring patients - Providing emotional support and companionship to patients - Assisting with meal preparation and feeding - Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients - Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records
Skills: - Dementia Care: Experience in providing specialized care for patients with dementia - Memory Care: Knowledge of techniques and strategies for assisting patients with memory loss - Medical Records: Proficiency in maintaining accurate and organized medical records - Medical Documentation: Ability to accurately document patient information and medical procedures
