Marketing and Website Manager with Racing for Recovery is responsible for telling our story both visually and through prose. You will create cohesive campaigns to promote our services across a variety of media including website, print, and email. Given the nature of our business, comfort in research and writing about popular topics in substance abuse, exercise, and healthy lifestyle is essential.

 

This full-time/part-time or contractor position is one with excellent growth potential. Racing for Recovery is growing, and we are looking for our next hire to continue our brand development and help bring our Mission, Vision, and Goals to a large audience.

 

The Marketing and Website Manager will be offered a competitive base salary with performance reviews conducted at 90 days and annually thereafter, and opportunity for growth as value is delivered.

 

A Marketing and Website Manager should be able to:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, client/customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Liaise with the Leadership and Creative Teams to produce innovative branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies while promoting Racing for Recovery's Mission, Vision, and Goals.
  • Ensure that the website's content, software, plugins, themes, and other components are regularly updated to maintain security, performance, and compatibility while working with and assisting IT. 
  • Updating website content, managing website elements, and ensuring a positive user experience. 
  • Managing website blog posts, guest articles, images, reviews, videos, and webpages. 
  • Assist Content Specialist with creating new content or auditing its existing content to identify areas of improvement. 
  • Assist with SEO efforts to promote the website's presence and increase web traffic. 
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay service messages to clients/customers.
  • Investigate the performance of Racing for Recovery's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to the Leadership Team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients/customers through networking and prospecting.
  • Create goals and objectives to approach clients/customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.

Marketing and Website Manager's* responsibilities include:*

  • Positioning yourself as someone clients feel comfortable communicating with
  • Manage website initiatives with copy, images, video, and other content.
  • Design and send out marketing content (ie. Newsletters, postcards).
  • Create compelling videos in a time efficient way.
  • Research and carry out external marketing projects such as developing referral relationships and booking speaking opportunities.
  • Update and maintain our website, maximize the volume of inbound traffic from search engines to a website.
  • Create/Edit/Beautify Blogs, Landing Pages
