Join us as our new Senior Specialist… Our Global Quality Systems team is a part of our Global Quality Management & Systems area. We are an integral part of Global Operations and committed to delivering robust and compliance IT Systems and Quality processes that aligns with and support of business strategy. Welcome to the Global Quality Systems team… We are looking for a Senior Specialist for Master Data support & Process Optimization that can take on a global anchor role working from our Hørsholm site.
We are working very closely with Product Quality Managers, production sites and business functions across Novonesis to secure accurate and timely product quality master data in SAP.
We are improving and implementing many new IT systems and processes. With your deep expertise, you will help shape best practices, standardize processes, and contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our master data processes and frameworks.
While the team emphasizes on-site presence, you can over time enjoy a certain flexibility, with the option to work from home occasionally after a successful onboarding. You will refer to the Head of Global Quality Systems.
In this role you’ll make an impact by: Being a master data anchor, a key advisor and hands-on Subject Matter Expert on matters related to our master data processes in SAP. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization will be essential in driving excellence in our setup.
Your main tasks will include:
Act as a subject matter expert
Prioritization of tasks for the team
SAP QM application owner
Good governance and operation of the Novonesis setup in SAP QM module and PIM/PLM systems, Statements and GLP archive
Represents the team in global projects and provide guidance and direction
Continued optimization of working processes
Other tasks could be write, review and maintain global Standard Operating Procedures used in the area
To succeed you must hold: We value candidates with 5+ years of experience in SAP QM module and master data process experience from a large global company, preferably from a food or life science business environment. A strong quality mindset and business support nature is paramount. Ideally, you are professionally strongly routed in master data management in SAP or similar.
Furthermore, you have exceptional stakeholder management skills, are capable of fostering cross-functional relationships, thanks to your outgoing and service-oriented nature.
Finally, you are passionate about delivering high-quality service as well as being capable of working both independently and collaboratively. You have a proactive approach, sharp analytical skills, attention to details. Structured thinking is essential, especially when managing multiple tasks and adhering to tight deadlines. #LI-Hybrid
