Welcome to the Human Health Global Business Support team As our new Business Supporter with passion for product documentation you will be part of Human Health Global Business Support team, based in Hørsholm, Denmark. We oversee the established product portfolio, manage product documentation & data and supports the business & customers with product technical questions. Our team of 12 highly engaged employees is dynamic, ambitious, service-oriented and we thrive on good humor and teamwork.
In this role you’ll make an impact by You will be overseeing product documentation and you will have an important role in managing and maintaining documentation for new product implementations as well as for existing products. You will support daily product-related queries, optimize internal processes, and engage in stakeholder training.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
Preparing and creating product documentation
Reviewing and approving product specific data
Continuously maintaining and optimizing internal documentation related processes and structures
Training stakeholders in product documentation related field
Collaborating closely with colleagues across functions and countries
Ensuring a customer-centric approach to tasks
Your collaboration extends beyond borders, working closely with global colleagues to gain in-depth knowledge of the organization and existing products. While the team emphasizes on-site presence, you can over time enjoy a certain flexibility, with the option to work from home a one-two times a week after a successful onboarding.
To succeed you must hold We are seeking a skilled team member with expertise in food safety and quality, food regulations, or dietary supplements. If you're passionate about product documentation, adding high attention and pride into details and have a drive for it, we value your interest more than specific years of experience. We embrace a customer-centric mindset and value candidates who align with this philosophy in contributing to our team.
Background and soft skills:
BSc in Bio, Food Science or similar or solid experience within these fields in an administrative role
Proficiency in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with a structured work approach
Consistent performer who thrives on solving day-to-day tasks as well as more complex
Service-minded and able to collaborate and coordinate
Independent and able to troubleshoot with a can-do mindset #li-hybrid
