Duties: Enable the Walmart+ Team to achieve business goals across customer experience and engagement by helping identify issues and future needs. Work directly with senior leaders and leverage data and insights and influence key decision making that will directly impact Walmart+ member growth and engagement. Build analytical frameworks and write advanced SQL queries. Develop frameworks for member segmentation to drive more specific engagement and retention strategies. Work with contactors, manage their workload, peer review their work, and provide crucial inputs on complex projects. Work with cross-functional leaders to create and manage roadmaps to meet to short and long-term goals. Translate data into insights, strategies, and actions for cross-functional partners and business teams to deliver short-term membership goals, improve end-to-end experiences, and improve long-term retention. Help to align data solutions and accomplish goals through data-informed strategies. Integrate data sources to define clear actions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team as the work is implemented. Create standards for how Walmart+ data will be utilized for the company. Explain technical concepts and analysis implications to varied audiences and translate business objectives into actionable insights. Create causal and predictive models end-to-end. This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field and 1 year of experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field.Skills required: Experience gathering business requirements. Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to define key metrics. Experience prioritizing and managing project roadmaps. Experience conducting deep dive analyses, generating insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Experience designing, creating, and maintaining tables in Relational Databases, including Big Data. Experience creating data pipelines, creating step-by-step processes, and implementing business logic using Python. Experience explaining technical concepts and analysis implications and translating business objectives into actionable insights. Experience creating causal and predictive models end-to-end. Experience creating test design and measurement processes for member churn and appeasement strategies. Experience building analytical frameworks and writing advanced SQL queries. Experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to depict complex data in an easy-to-understand form. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
