Our client, a global CPG company, is looking for a Consumer Experience Researcher to join their team hybrid onsite at their Kalamazoo office 40 hours per week, starting mid-June through the end of the year.The Consumer Experience Researcher will be responsible for support the creation and refinement of user-centered instructional materials for upcoming product launches in the Kitchen vertical.Consumer Experience Researcher Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Technical Writing Team and Product teams to understand product feature and functionalities- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure instructional materials meet user needs. This includes planning and designing research activities, moderating user sessions, analyzing findings and creating reports and presentations- Provide actionable recommendations and feedback to the team to enhance the overall experience of educational content- Act as a primary interface with the Technical Writing Team ensuring the optimization of instructional materialsConsumer Experience Researcher Requirements:- 4+ year of experience in experience design/research, particularly within consumer products (not looking for a digital UX researcher)- Ability to conduct an entire usability study in-person or remotely: moderate, take notes, plan, and design the research activities- Experience particularly in instructional material creationCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
