Our portfolio consists of global and local-initiated programs to fulfill Sellers’ learning preferences with Self-service learning and Instructor-led training.

Key job responsibilities

Key job responsibilities

  1. Own educational content roadmap, design, development and optimization.

  2. Lead requirements gathering meetings with curriculum stakeholders to define the appropriate learning objectives, modalities and expectations.

  3. Lead both internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop high quality training content meets the learning objectives.

  4. Dive deep into Amazon SU/ EU marketplaces and Amazon Global Seller Experience products, such as Global Registration Experience, Global Listing Tools, Selection Guidance and Global Shipping Solution etc.

  5. Keep up with latest trend about education/certification and development technology.

Basic Qualifications

Basic qualifications

  1. 7+ years of experience in an instructional design/curriculum development role or similar, including significant experience in creating eLearning courses.

  2. Outstanding verbal/writing skills in Vietnamese and English.

  3. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

  4. Accommodate rapid change and ambiguity.

  5. Portfolio and/or eLearning sample required at interview.

  1. Solid experience in managing complex programs in fast paced and changing environments. 2. Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials and content to include creating instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials.
