Kuehne+Nagel Finance Controller in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
You will be part of our Finance team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to ensure that the respective business units deliver against strategy + targets by conducting business controlling activities + driving continuous improvement
Your Responsibilities
You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
To lead a financecontrolling team (if applicable).
To act as a financialsparring partner for the respective management functions.
To proactively monitorbusiness performance, initiate business reviews including follow-ups +corrective actions. • To performance project controlling + drive thebusiness investment application (BIA) process + support • To lead orsupport financial work stream in potential merger + acquisition (M+A)projects.
To proactively developrestructuring proposals + cost saving initiatives. To cross-share + transferfinancial know-how to respective business + functional units, providingall support that is needed.
To continuously driveimprovement by identifying "waste" in existing process,challenge status quo, propose changes + implement corrective plans.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’sdegree in accounting or finance is required
Atleast 3 years of experience in related/similar positions, having knowledge infreight forwarding/shipping line is a plus;
Strongexperience working as a business partner in delivering better decisionsupport and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve theorganization’s financial performance.
Stronganalytical skills + strategic mindset and communication skill
Fluent in English
