JOB REQUIREMENTS: Flex Production Operator - R-31488 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Flex Production Operator SHIFT: You set the days and hours that work for you * Flex-time, anytime from 1pm to 1am, Monday - Friday. * Minimum of 16 hours per week, with a of maximum of 29 hours. * Time blocks start from 4 hours up to 8 hours. PAY: \$22.00/hr plus 1.00 shift differential Location: Hillsboro, WI The Flex Operator is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality final products. There are a variety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family that could range in specific duties from receiving and handling the raw materials, adding value through a variety of proprietary processes, to packaging the final product. In all stages of production safety, attention to detail, a quality and sanitation focus, and efficiency are key to the success of the operation.
