Design To Delivery Inc ICBM/ISC 2.0 Software Test Engineer in Hill Air Force Base, Utah

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, D2DInc provides services to public-sector organizations in the areas of acquisition and procurement support, contract administration and closeout, development and administration of small business outreach programs, training, administrative support, and marketing communications materials. Our customers include civilian and defense federal government agencies.
D2DInc is seeking a Software Test Engineer to support a government customer Hill AFB, Utah area. The qualified individual will be customer-focused and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working level software-engineering services
Executing full lifecycle software development
Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Document and maintain software functionality
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with latest features
QUALIFICATIONS
BS Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering + 6 years of related engineering experience
OR
BS Degree in an engineering discipline AND MS Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering + 4 years of related engineering experience
OR
BS and/or MS Degree in an engineering discipline AND PhD Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering + 2 years of related engineering experience
Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification
Professional Engineering License desired
Relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment
Journeyman skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tier
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with others exhibiting decorum and discretion at all times.
Individual must be self-motivated, a fast learner and able to complete tasks with minimal direction and supervision
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
