Position Overview: As a Customer Care Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, ensuring that all client inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding service and support, enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.

  • Provide product and service information to clients.

  • Update customer records and account information accurately.

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.

  • Assist with other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

  • Knowledge of the limousine or transportation industry is an asset.
