ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and client-oriented AI Solutions Consultant to join our Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consulting Practice in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understand market trends and technical direction of our clients and translate client intelligence into compelling strategies and solutions.

  • Leverage a deep mission understanding of client needs and objectives focused in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation and Data Analytics.

  • Provide market analysis, strategic business planning for AI, Automation, and Data Analytics strategy/solution development, leading to award of major project and programs.

  • Identification of potential partnership and teaming relationships.

  • Coordinate with other business development, solution architecture and sales resources available across ManTech.

  • Provide client relationship management and opportunity tracking as well as experience with a variety of contract types including commercial contract vehicles, and non-commercial vehicles (e.g., cost plus fixed fee, fixed price, award fee, and performance-based contracting).

  • Responsible for pre-sales execution against ManTech’s AI Consulting strategic vision.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience

  • Prior Defense, FedCiv, or Intel sales and business development experience

  • Track record of successful account planning, market strategy alignment, and opportunity identification of qualified opportunities

  • Track record of successful winning >$10M new business RFPs

  • Demonstrated ability to cross-sell capabilities and solutions into adjacent markets.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead/execute disciplined account management supporting future proposal efforts for large and/or complex programs in the areas AI, Automation, and Data Analytics

  • Organized, aggressive, and highly skilled professional with proven success selling in a highly competitive areas such as AI, Automation, and Data Analytics professional services to government clients.

  • Additional knowledge and experience with market adjacent capabilities in the areas of: Cloud and Cloud Migration, Big Data, Cyber Operations, Data Transport and Systems Integration; Application Development and Modernization, Enterprise IT and Data Center operations.

  • Ability to drive /follow the Account Management and lead from Opportunity Positioning and Qualification through Proposal Development and Opportunity Closing

  • Must be willing to travel for the position.

Security Clearance Requirements :

  • US citizenship, DoD TS or TS/SCI or IC TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience for the United States Federal Government

  • Experience working with Cloud Service Providers; and AI software and frameworks.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role involves delivering presentations both at client locations and at ManTech’s office in Herndon, VA.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
