Seasonal/Temporary work from 2/1/2025 - 10/31/2025
Duties include but not limited to: hand picking tomatoes and/or processing which includes but not limited to: grading, packing, stacking, counting, labeling boxes, picking up culls, some tractor driving. General farm labor such as cleaning picking bins and buckets, cleaning farm vehicles and equipment, mowing and keeping the shed, house and fields clean of debris, etc. Walking and repairing electric fences to keep in rodents and wildlife out of fields. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party
