Eaton Corporation Order Manager Aftermarket (Medium Voltage) in Hengelo, Netherlands
For our site in Hengelo, we are looking for an Order Manager - Aftermarket (Medium Voltage).
Location: on-site, with Hybrid option available.
Eaton Hengelo factory is now located at the heart of the The Green Box cleantech campus in The Netherlands, a unique location with multiple companies who all work towards future clean technology. Eaton has offices, test, storage and production facilities for electrical equipment, which is essential for charging electric cars, temporarily storing electricity.
Our production site in Hengelo is on sustained growth trend, as a complex agile High- manufacturing location. From sustainability to Energy Transition to the Electrification, the site in Hengelo is currently linked to all of these from a manufacturing standpoint, as in Hengelo we design and bring to life the next generation of medium- voltage switchgear power equipment.
The role is reporting into the Value Stream Leader - Aftermarket Medium & Low Voltage, and is part of the Operations team, including Services organization in Benelux and the EMEA region.
Order volume will be 3-20 orders simultaneously, different stages of execution, lead times of 2 weeks – 1 year, value up to €1 Million per order/project.
Responsibilities:
Manage the internal stakeholders to deliver the right quality and adhere to the project milestones
Involved in multiple orders/projects in electro-technical switching distribution devices, modular equipped systems with customer specific solutions including customer made solutions
Check sales orders on feasibility, profitability and commercial conditions and degree of standardization
Monitor progress, quality, organizing and guide FAT
Discuss deviations in alignment with Country Sales/Country Service department to define customer requirements within defined authorization frameworks and manage settlements of contract variations
Determine “Make To Stock”, “Assemble To Order” or “Engineer To Order” qualification order for internal organization and confirmations in our ERP system, SAP
Analyse order data and specifications and determine materials and man-hours, including technical documentation production and outsource process steps in alignment with Purchasing/SCM department
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent based on work-experience (at least 3-5 years)
Technical knowledge of electrical engineering and global knowledge on mechanical engineering and materials and applicable standards knowledge and Incoterms & payment terms knowledge
Computer skills in general and specific with ERP-system, preferably SAP
Experience with product portfolio & possible applications for standard and non-standard systems
Project Management skills, PMP certification or equivalent PM certification with another institute is a plus
Analytical skills, being efficient, accurate, accountable, a learner and proactive/self-starter with continuous improvement working attitude
Dutch and English language capabilities at fluent level are required, due to the role's international exposure
