Responsibilities:
- Companionship and conversation
- Encourage independence and recognize individual needs
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Promote a friendly and positive atmosphere built on trust and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients and their family members in a friendly and congenial manner
- Assist seniors with personal care such as feeding, mobility, transferring, bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Follow client Plan of Care prepared by RN.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License, automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle
- All shifts available
- Open and weekend availability strongly preferred
- Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
- Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
