No two days are the same, and youll get to work on diverse projects while developing your skills alongside industry pros.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Get your hands dirty as you help set up, break down, and organize the construction site
- Move materials, tools, and equipment, and keep the site running smoothly.
- Be a key part of the team by assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Operate power tools and machinery, and work closely with skilled workers to bring the project vision to life.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace while adhering to all safety regulations (because we want you to go home safe every day).
- Play a vital role in the construction processyour work directly impacts the success of the project!
What Were Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitudeyou're ready to take on any challenge.
- Dependable and on time - get to the jobsite on time, every day.
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a bonus but not a mustwere willing to train the right person!
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others to get the job done right.
- A desire to grow your skills and advance in the construction industry.
