Job Description: Production Support Associate
Performs non-production activities supporting manufacturing processes in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to quality and productivity requirements with limited guidance.
#### Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Promote interdependence by looking out for one another.
Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
Recognize and minimize the negative environmental impact of your work.
Engage in HSE training.
Quality:
Follow all applicable standard work, process documentation, policies, and procedures.
Raise quality concerns to minimize cost and exposures.
Perform quality inspections.
Delivery:
Perform expected activities according to defined roles and responsibilities.
Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.
Support continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, safety, processes, and employee development.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks.
Apply Cummins Operating System (COS) practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology throughout the plant.
Remain flexible and perform other duties as required to meet manufacturing goals.
Work with peers and all levels of the organization to maintain process performance.
Teamwork:
Communicate effectively with the assigned team and all support teams.
Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.
Participate actively in identifying ways to improve quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.

Additional Manager Notes:
This production associate role will hire multiple candidates. Key tasks include:
Fiberglass insulation work
Working with fall protection gear
Working from heights up to 15ft
Cutting and grinding
Caulking and painting
Basic construction skills
Scissor/boom lift experience is a plus
The ideal candidate should have general construction skills and be proficient with hand tools. These positions may be extended and/or turn into a full-time employment opportunity.
Pay Rate: Up to $21/hr
Shift: First shift, 7am-3:30pm
Interviews: 30-minute onsite interviews will be scheduled by the manager.
