ClearPath Utilities Slutions Operator-ClearPath in Hebron, Ohio
Related Tasks / Requirements:
· Operate Directional Drill or other equipment
· Operator excavator or vacuum truck
· Locate for directional drill
· Think and react to the changing needs of the daily tasks for the job efficiency
· Work extended hours when needed for job completion
· Lifting and carrying heavy tooling
· Ability to navigate job sites including steep muddy terrain
· Handle and operate mud pumps and hoses
· Handle vacuum hoses for vac trucks
· Utilize various construction hand tools for use on all project (shovels, rakes, tamps, etc)
· Perform basic equipment maintenance daily
· Perform setup and mobilization tasks for each job location
· Maintain clean organized jobsite and vehicles by utilizing good housekeeping skills
· Record daily time via cell phone application
· Provide clear concise direction to laborers to support a safe and quality project
· Properly operate all designated equipment for the project
· Other duties as assigned
Standards:
· Drug free with zero tolerance
· Maintain and display a professional attitude and appearance at all times
· Maintain clean driving record
· Always Uphold a Safety-First Policy
· Complete all required reports/forms/software apps in required time restraint
Measurables:
· No more than 1 write up for a quality issue within 45 days
· Hit footage goal of 275' per day of installation of product or drill footage
· Zero At-Fault hits per year.
· Zero Quality Write-Ups
Special requirements:
· Knowledgeable in operation of HDD rig and or excavator
· Knowledgeable in splicing
· Knowledgeable in operating all jobsite equipment
· Ability to read and comprehend utility maps
· Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and repair
· Basic understanding and proper use of hand tools
· Reading one personal development book or audio per half year and provide review
· Possess a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and a desire for continual learning and self-improvement
· Ability to acquire CDL -- Commercial Driver License with Class A, Tanker, Air Brakes, Combination
· Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure project completion within standards
· Understanding that this position may require me to travel outside of my normal working area as part of my job
Benefits:
- PTO: Follows company handbook.
i. 40 Hours accrued Year 1
ii. 80 Hours accrued Years 2-4

Per Diem of $35/ Day is paid on Days Worked.
Drive Time: Paid once to project and once returning from project for duration of project, not per week.
a. CDL paid to and from project whenever hauling CDL load.
ii. Lodging- Company paid for jobs 1.5+ hours away from home office. (Double Occupancy)
iii. PPE
$150 Annually for Boots
$250 annually for FR gear (If project required)
iv. Cell Phone- $30/month
