ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Hayward, California
Our client, a leader in the tools and hardware industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the regional warehouse team supporting the operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Hayward, CA
Pay Range: $24 per hour
What's the Job?
Take and process customer orders via phone, mail, and through sales personnel.
Execute requests for quotation from customers and prospects, according to the Regional Manager's guidelines.
Handle the expediting of customer and inventory orders effectively.
Provide total customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently reacting to customer requirements.
Maintain prompt communication with customers and company personnel regarding orders and inquiries.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years of front office experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
