ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Hayward, California

Our client, a leader in the tools and hardware industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the regional warehouse team supporting the operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Take and process customer orders via phone, mail, and through sales personnel.

  • Execute requests for quotation from customers and prospects, according to the Regional Manager's guidelines.

  • Handle the expediting of customer and inventory orders effectively.

  • Provide total customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently reacting to customer requirements.

  • Maintain prompt communication with customers and company personnel regarding orders and inquiries.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1-2 years of front office experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
