An exciting opportunity to join GE HealthCare as a Clinical Applications Specialist in the Patient Care Solutions business. Based in Victoria, working alongside the Periop and Criticial Applications and the Account Managers to provide clinical support to customers pre and post sales in our Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Cardiology portfolios across Victoria and Tasmania.

Job Description
GE HealthCare has a broad base of installed Monitors, Anaesthetic Machines and Diagnostic Cardiology products across Victoria and Tasmania. You will be working with a high performing team with well recognised products at your disposal. Success will be achieved by ensuring a customer centric approach in all aspects of your role.
Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations, clinical trial support, managing the post-sale process, training and customer service activities to support the customer experience.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing support.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies

Qualifications and Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing or related field.
Solid clinical / technical experience with demonstrated basic clinical proficiencies in Intensive Care, Anaesthesia and/or Cardiology.
Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
Solid presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel extensively
A valid driver’s license is a must.
Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
