Pay Rate: $36.63 – $39.36
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The individual must be a certified General Maintenance Operator or Senior Electronic Technician. In addition to those normal duties and responsibilities, this individual will assume the lead technical role of the PM Crew.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preventative maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Responsible for assigning tasks and ensuring efficient task completion.
Responsible for making technical decisions and requesting additional assistance when necessary.
Report major issues that arise in a timely manner to the maintenance supervisor.
Champion Continuous Improvement and PM Optimization.
Prioritize preventative maintenance tasks and assign manpower accordingly.
Report all accidents, incidents, injuries and unsafe acts or conditions to the supervisor immediately.
Perform all other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have completed certification program for General Maintenance Operator or Senior Electronic Technician prior to employment.
Good leadership, communication, & decision-making skills.
Must have proficient computer skills and must have experience in SAP PM.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Could be exposed to working conditions such as inclement weather, heat, cold, noise, vibration, dust, dirt, fumes, water, oil and heights. Where conditions require, protective equipment will be issued to the employee.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2-year technical degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years general maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Preventative maintenance experience is preferred.
