Functional Description:
Creative Governance Team (CGT) plays an important role in US marketing campaign execution by reviewing marketing creative materials to make sure they are accurate. CGT reviews and evaluates the marketing solicitation and materials to ensure AXP has the final version where all legal, compliance and Brand governance feedback have been incorporated into the final creative.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient communication across levels and stake holders
Ensure proper tracking and reporting of requests, issues, follow ups
Provide support to Marketing by attending meetings to ensure the marketing materials adheres to the creative governance procedures and can obtain approval from CGT.
Review fully approved marketing communications to validate all legal, compliance and Brand governance required edits have been incorporated and no additional edits have been made to the fully approved communication
Ensure the Required Final Format of the communication is validated and stored in the tool of record
Engage with key review stakeholders and marketing to resolve issues related to CGT comments and/or the CGT review process
Understand the nuances of the various communication channels leveraged by marketing.
Delivering against quality and speed metrics
Providing outstanding customer service to marketers across the enterprise
Reporting key performance indicators for the CGT process
Implementing process enhancements and transformations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with and influence others
Ability to clearly communicate issues and explain required edits
Target driven and self-motivated
Strong persuasive skills and Self driven approach
Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
