Position Mission/Summary This role will manage the team that is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and providing business ownership over the Aetna Quoting Center (AQC) & Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) applications. The role will execute on organizational-level strategy and operational objectives while simultaneously ensuring integrity of these applications. This role is instrumental in driving successful stability, efficacy, and compliant quoting through to benefit administration. The individual in this role will foster a continuous improvement environment, clearly define application objectives, and align staff to meet organizational goals. The individual in this role will be able to lead complex projects with notable complexity, significant resource requirements and/or moderate risk with business area implications.

Responsibilities

  • [GROW] Provide strategic leadership by implementing application strategies, assessing application & workflow performance, defining application objectives, and aligning to organizational goals. Accountable for application governance workgroups, team check-ins, standard work documentation, and maintaining team-level operational integrity. Lead complex projects with significant resource requirements and business area implications.

  • [DELIVER] Effectively communicate application strategies, goals, and progress to executive leadership through presentation skills and ability to distill complex information. Maintain application roadmaps and dashboards for line of sight. Manage stakeholder and cross-functional relationships through effective collaboration and communication. Define team-level SLAs and develop methodologies to monitor performance ensuring successful results. Proactively analyze application and/or process performance to mitigate risks.

  • [ENHANCE] Lead team in gathering of, and analysis of, internal metrics to drive optimal results. Work with both team members and leadership on improvement opportunities. Debrief metrics with leadership on monthly basis. Develop and execute on strategies for streamlining processes.

  • [CREATE] Act as a thought leader for team and colleagues across PD&I. Drive a culture of purpose, growth, and development by providing guidance and mentorship. Promote high levels of employee engagement.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $190,700.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
