- General case management of residents in a Connecticut Department of Corrections halfway house.
- Individual and group counseling.
- Case record management.
- In consultation with the client, develops treatment and discharge plans.
- Coordinates family and community reunification efforts.
- Coordinates with outside agencies (e.g., CTDOC and Parole) on client matters.

- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in a related field.
- One year of demonstrated experience in a related field.
- Educational requirements may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis.
