Position: Accounts Payable Analyst
Job Type: Direct-Hire/Full-Time
Location: Hartford (Hybrid Schedule Available)
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Our client, a reputable and growing financial services firm, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time/direct-hire role that offers excellent benefits, flexibility, and upward mobility.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the processing of all invoices in a timely manner
• Perform account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy
• Apply coding to invoices, and ensure correct data entry into our systems
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Propose and implement system improvements to improve the accounts payable process
• Address all vendor inquiries regarding finance
• Prepare analyses of accounts when required
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Demonstrated ability in account reconciliation
• ERP experience
