HGA Support Services Direct Support Professional in Hart, Michigan
$16/hr. *+$1 for CNA Certification *
Job Responsibilities
- Support individuals with cognitive, physical, and/or other impairments in a residential and/or community setting that require 24-hour care.

``` - Perform assigned tasks and meet everyday needs such as eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, and communication.

``` - Maintain records, including case notes, progress notes, and program data and complete necessary shift checklists prior to end of shift.

``` - Effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, persons served, and others within the home and community.
```{=html}
``` - Medication administration. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience
- High School Diploma or Proof of Equivalency

``` - Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements

``` - Experience preferred, but not necessary
Requirements
- Valid Michigan's Driver's Licensing & proof of clean driving record check
