Description:
HR strategies
Employee relations and oversight
Headcount planning, recruitment
Tracking, reporting data through HRIS
Performance management and reviews
compensation and benefits programs, including salary planning, bonus programs, and employee recognition
Coaching and mentoring
PROFILE DESIRED
MUST HAVE: 10-15 minimum
They are going to be out here by themselves - have 1 direct report that could grow
Could be 8 years - senior manager
MUST HAVE: Experience with Labour Relations
MUST HAVE: Manufacturing
MUST HAVE: Technology capabilities/experience
MS Teams
Large ERP experience
MUST HAVE: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master\'s degree preferred
Work Environment
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Time(s): somewhat flexible (once a week stay late) -- Call in - need to be available
7-3:30, 3-11 are the two shifts
Typical day would likely be 7/7:30am - 4pm
WFH/Office: On site
