JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines.
Assisting with defect reduction activities, maintenance staff support and training, improvement projects, and root cause/countermeasure activities.
Assisting in repairing of equipment
Diagnosing maintenance issues to see/understand and solve the problem.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 Year technical degree REQUIRED
Proficient troubleshooting skills (Pneumatics)
Experience using multimeters
Knowledge/experience of PLC/HMI (Keyence, Allen Bradley)
Knowledge/experience with robotics (Fanuc, Yamaha)
Knowledge/experience vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)
Knowledge of PC"s and Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
