The Commission on Crime and Delinquency is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Program Analyst 3 to work within the Office of Victim Services (OVS). In this position, you will analyze and evaluate agency-funded programs to determine the extent to which established goals are being met, as well as determine the impact programs are having relating to the Victim Services Advisory Committee (VSAC) strategic plan. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Program Analyst 3, you will be tasked with analyzing and evaluating agency-funded programs to ensure they meet established goals and align with the strategic plan of the Victim Services Advisory Committee (VSAC). You will collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, gaps, and training needs. Collaborating with various managers, you will provide quantitative and qualitative insights for high-level policy and decision making. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed reports, graphs, and presentations; leading workgroups; preparing and presenting policy recommendations; coordinating federal grant reporting; and developing program performance measures. Through your contributions, you will support and optimize the success and effectiveness of OVS-supported programs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Telework schedule may be adjusted based on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Program Analyst 2;or Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree;or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
