Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare, and file court documents such as petitions, pleadings, and motions
• Organize and manage case files, including document summaries and indexing
• Conduct legal research and monitor court deadlines and filings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, digital transcription, and calendar management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in paralegal studies or related field
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury experience preferred)
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local rules of civil procedure and e-filing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remain calm in high-pressure situations
