Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Description
We are in search of a professional HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. Your role will involve delivering and installing portable HVAC equipment to our customers, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism. You will be responsible for maintaining our company vehicle and performing on-site repairs, as well as managing rental equipment inventory. You will be required to coordinate deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls with customers, in addition to troubleshooting and understanding the operation, function, specifications, capabilities, and controls of our rental equipment. This role involves being on-call for emergency services on a rotating schedule.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
This job is centered around commercial HVAC service and repair work in the Harrisburg area within a 30-50 mile radius. Your typical shift will be from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional early or late calls. You will report to our shop in Enola, before heading to the client site with another permanent employee. Dress code requires long pants, jeans or cargo, long or short sleeve shirts (dress for elements), and steel toe boots. You will need to provide your own tools. Protective eye wear, gloves, and hearing protection will be provided by us. On-call duty will be required once you become a permanent employee, following a rotating schedule of 7 days on and 21 days off. On-call hours are 24/7, though calls are rare.
