Healthcare-Customer Support Specialist

TEKsystems is currently partnering with a leading provider in medical equiptment distribution to hire onto their team in Harrisburg, PA.

Qualifications:

• Customer service/call center experience

• Healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or DME experience, preferred

• Computer skills - data entry, Microsoft Office applications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Must complete Data Entry Alpa Numeric Test. Minimum score - 98% accuracy and 5000 KPH.

A Day In The Role:

• Responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding their products and resupply orders

• These calls will solely focus on the CPAP and BiPAP products offered, as well as Glucose monitors

• Assist with inbound calls as needed

• Utilize Brightree software

  Work Environment

• Call center environment

• Outbound calls through a dialer

• Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:30am - 5pm

• 30 minute lunch, (2) 10 minute breaks
