DESCRIPTION OF WORK As part of this role, you will have the responsibility of handling REAL ID product issues, which involves investigating, reviewing, determining, and correcting any issues that may arise. You will provide immediate support to the drivers license field staff regarding REAL ID queries and necessary fixes. Additionally, you will review identity and residency documents, such as birth certificates, passports, and immigration documents, to ensure compliance with department guidelines. This includes verifying the validity, appropriate certification, and meeting any special acceptance or requirements before approving them for the REAL ID program.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with 60-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
